Job Title: Attorney

As an attorney at Greer Scott & Shropshire LLP, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and projects, collaborating with our team of legal professionals to deliver high-quality representation to our clients. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and more.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies and solutions for complex legal issues.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
