We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team in the following role:

Child Care Teacher:

Job Responsibilities:

– Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
– Implement Montessori philosophy and curriculum in daily activities
– Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each child
– Monitor and supervise children during all activities
– Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
– Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning environment
– Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children
– Montessori certification preferred, but not required
– Strong understanding of child development principles
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
– High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
