Position: Montessori Teacher Assistant

As a Montessori Teacher Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Lead Teacher in creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment for our students. Your responsibilities will include:
– Assisting the Lead Teacher in implementing the Montessori curriculum and activities
– Observing and documenting student progress and behavior
– Maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment
– Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and other staff members to support student learning and development
– Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent (required)
– Montessori Teacher Assistant certification (preferred)
– Experience working with children in an educational setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
– Commitment to upholding Montessori principles and values
