Job Opportunities:

1. Server

As a server at Grotto, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to our guests. Your duties will include taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring that customers have a memorable dining experience.

• Previous experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A passion for Mediterranean cuisine

2. Chef de Cuisine

We are seeking a talented Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team and create delicious Mediterranean-inspired dishes. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, be creative in menu development, and have a passion for delivering top-notch food quality.

• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine in a reputable restaurant
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to create innovative and visually appealing dishes
• Knowledge of Mediterranean cooking techniques and ingredients

3. Line Cook

Join our culinary team as a Line Cook and help prepare and cook dishes to perfection. You will work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to ensure that all food served meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

• Experience working as a line cook in a professional kitchen
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures
• A passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes
