Job Description:
As a Print Production Specialist at GSP, Inc., you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed materials, including banners, flags, pennants, and various other products. You will work closely with our design team to ensure that the final products meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. Your attention to detail and creative mindset will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain screen printing equipment
- Prepare and mix inks
- Ensure correct colors and sizes are used for each job
- Quality control and inspection of finished products
- Meet production deadlines
- Assist with packaging and shipping as needed
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in screen printing or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
