Tow Truck Driver

– Operate company-owned tow trucks to provide roadside towing services
– Assist customers in need of towing assistance in a professional and courteous manner
– Ensure the safe and efficient transport of vehicles to their designated locations

Roadside Assistance Technician

– Respond to roadside service calls and provide assistance to stranded motorists
– Perform basic automotive repairs and troubleshooting to get vehicles back on the road
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Dispatcher

– Receive and dispatch service requests to tow truck drivers and roadside assistance technicians
– Coordinate with customers to provide accurate estimated arrival times and updates on service status
– Monitor service calls and ensure timely responses to customer requests
