We are Hiring for the Following Positions

Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Mix and serve drinks to customers according to Guava Lamp’s standards.
• Engage with patrons in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor bar inventory and restock as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior bartending experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of LGBTQ+ culture and sensitivity.

Security Personnel

Responsibilities:

• Monitor entrance and maintain a safe environment for all guests.
• Handle any disputes or disturbances in a calm and effective manner.
• Check IDs and ensure that all patrons meet age requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous security experience preferred.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Event Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a variety of events, from drag shows to themed parties.
• Coordinate with performers, DJs, and vendors to ensure events run smoothly.
• Promote events through social media and other channels.

Requirements:

• Experience in event planning or promotions.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for creating unique and memorable experiences.
• Knowledge of the LGBTQ+ community and its diverse interests.
