Are you passionate about Italian cuisine and providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, Gugliani’s is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Gugliani’s, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Italian dishes to perfection. This role requires someone with a strong attention to detail, a passion for food, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces
– Cook dishes according to set recipes and standards
– Ensure all food is prepared and served according to health and safety regulations
– Maintain a clean and organized work station

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
– Knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

2. Server

As a Server at Gugliani’s, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing friendly and efficient service to our guests. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
– Greet guests and assist them with menu selections
– Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly
– Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions
– Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting
– Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine pairings is a plus
– Strong customer service skills
– Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

3. Dishwasher

As a Dishwasher at Gugliani’s, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen and ensuring that dishes are washed and sanitized in a timely manner. This role requires someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and pots and pans using industrial dishwashers
– Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized
– Assist with kitchen prep work as needed
– Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant setting is preferred
– Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
