Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Criminal Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in criminal law, with a focus on defending clients accused of various offenses. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about upholding justice and defending the rights of the accused.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including arraignments, hearings, trials, and appeals
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Negotiate plea deals with prosecutors on behalf of clients
• Develop strong defense strategies tailored to the unique circumstances of each case
• Advise clients on their legal rights and options
• Collaborate with our team of attorneys and legal professionals

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing criminal law
• Strong litigation and courtroom skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
