Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Investment Analyst to join our team in Houston. The Investment Analyst will play a critical role in supporting senior bankers in executing transactions, conducting financial analysis, and preparing presentations for clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the investment banking industry and work on a wide range of transactions across different industries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, including building financial models and performing valuation analysis
• Assist with due diligence processes, including reviewing company information and conducting industry research
• Prepare presentation materials for client meetings, marketing pitches, and transaction documents
• Support senior bankers in executing transactions, including managing deal processes and coordinating with clients and other advisors
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and research on various topics to support client engagements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Prior internship or work experience in investment banking, private equity, or related field is a plus
