Position: Litigation & Tort Attorney

As a Litigation & Tort Attorney at Guthrie, Mark C, ATY, you will be responsible for representing clients in various litigation matters, including tort claims, personal injury cases, and other civil disputes. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging and diverse cases, offering a great opportunity for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Drafting legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
• Participating in depositions, hearings, and trials
• Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients
• Providing legal advice and counsel to clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation and tort law
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
