We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Employee Benefit Consultant. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, analyze their benefits programs, and develop customized solutions to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of clients’ benefit plans to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategic benefit programs that align with clients’ business objectives
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients regarding their benefits offerings
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and administration of benefit programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Employee Benefit Consulting or related role
• Strong knowledge of benefit plan design, compliance, and administration
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certifications such as CEBS, PHR, or SHRM-CP are a plus
