Position: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Gyros & Shish Kabob Restaurant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive high-quality, freshly prepared food. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ingredients for cooking, including cutting, chopping, and marinating meats and vegetables
• Following recipes and cooking techniques to consistently deliver exceptional dishes
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborating with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of Mediterranean cooking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food
• Food safety certification (preferred)
