We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking a skilled Probate Attorney to join us.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with estate planning, probate, and living trust matters
• Handle all aspects of probate administration
• Prepare legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on estate planning strategies
• Represent clients in court proceedings related to probate matters

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in the state of [insert state]
• 5+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, and living trusts
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
