Job Title: Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician
Job Description:
As a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician at H. Nguyen Lawrence MD, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. You will work closely with our team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that promote recovery and improve patients’ quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations of patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans that may include physical therapy, medication management, and other interventions
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care for patients
- Educate patients and their families on recommended treatment plans and self-care strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Valid state medical license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
