Position: Auto Mechanic

Job Description:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles
• Detect and diagnose issues with vehicles
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle repairs
• Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an auto mechanic
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license

Position: Service Advisor

Job Description:

• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
• Prepare repair orders and estimates for customers
• Communicate with technicians regarding repairs
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail
