Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description:

As a Construction Project Manager at Hallmark Group, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our team of contractors, subcontractors, architects, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations on-site
• Review and approve project designs and plans
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
