About Us

Hank’s Famous Cajun Crawfish is a well-established Creole and Cajun restaurant located in the heart of New Orleans, Louisiana. With a reputation for serving up delicious and authentic Cajun cuisine, we have been delighting customers for over 10 years. Our menu features a variety of traditional Cajun dishes, including gumbo, jambalaya, and of course, our famous Cajun crawfish boil.

Open Positions

1. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized work station

2. Server

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely fashion

3. Dishwasher

• Operate industrial dishwasher to wash dishes, glassware, and utensils
• Ensure clean dishes are available for line cooks and servers as needed
• Keep dishwashing area clean and organized

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
