Position: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Happy Crab, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of seafood dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a restaurant kitchen, possess strong knife skills, and thrive under pressure. Responsibilities include:

• Following recipes and cooking techniques
• Ensuring food quality and presentation meets our standards
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow

Position: Server

As a Server at Happy Crab, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing friendly and efficient service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Taking food and drink orders accurately
• Delivering food and beverages promptly
• Providing recommendations and answering customer inquiries

Position: Dishwasher

As a Dishwasher at Happy Crab, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:

• Washing dishes, utensils, and cookware
• Keeping the kitchen and dishwashing area clean and sanitized
• Assisting with food prep and other kitchen tasks as needed
