About Us

Our traditional Mongolian-style hot pot allows customers to cook their own fresh ingredients in a steaming pot of broth at their table, creating a fun and interactive dining experience.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in various roles at our Chinese, Asian, and Mongolian restaurants. If you are passionate about food and customer service, we want to hear from you!

Position: Server

As a server at Happy Lamb Hot Pot, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. Your duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that the dining area is clean and organized. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, outgoing, and have a strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills

Position: Line Cook

Our line cooks play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive high-quality, delicious food every time they visit Happy Lamb Hot Pot. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ingredients for the hot pot dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a line cook in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail

Position: Host/Hostess

Our host/hostess is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a vital role in creating a positive dining experience. In this role, you will greet guests, seat them at their tables, and manage reservations. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, organized, and have a passion for customer service.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
