As a Dental Insurance Specialist at Harbor Dental Plan Inc, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers with understanding their dental insurance coverage, benefits, and claims. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our insurance plans.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with questions regarding their dental insurance coverage and benefits
• Verify eligibility and benefits for members
• Process dental insurance claims accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in the insurance industry, specifically dental insurance, is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
