Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in probate court proceedings, including will contests, estate administration, and trust litigation.
• Prepare and review legal documents related to probate, estate planning, and living trusts.
• Advise clients on matters related to estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on probate and estate administration issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing Probate Law.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
