Job Title: Automotive Technician

Job Description:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical issues
• Engine rebuilds and overhauls
• Transmission repairs and replacements
• Brake system inspections and repairs
• Suspension and steering system repairs

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an automotive technician
• Certification from an accredited automotive training program
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Operate and maintain automotive machine shop equipment
• Perform engine block boring and honing
• Cylinder head repair and reconditioning
• Valve grinding and seat cutting
• Custom engine building
• Quality control inspections

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an automotive machinist
• Proficient with engine machining equipment such as boring machines, honing machines, and valve grinders
• Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills
