Position: General Practice Attorney

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated General Practice Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for our clients. As a General Practice Attorney at Hart, Timothy, ATY, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to:

• Contracts and agreements
• Civil litigation
• Real estate law
• Family law

Position: Attorney

We are also looking to hire an experienced Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in their legal practice, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities for the Attorney position at Hart, Timothy, ATY may include:

• Legal research and writing
• Case management and strategy development
• Client consultation and representation in court
• Negotiation and settlement agreements

Position: Immigration Law Attorney

If you have a passion for immigration law and are looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of immigrants and their families, we want to hear from you! As an Immigration Law Attorney at Hart, Timothy, ATY, you will be responsible for handling a variety of immigration cases, including:

• Visa applications
• Green card petitions
• Deportation defense
• Asylum claims

Qualifications

For all positions, the following qualifications are required:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
