We are Hiring for the Following Positions:

1. Janitorial Service Technician

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas
• Follow established procedures for waste removal and recycling
• Restock supplies and notify management of any maintenance issues
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

2. Building Maintenance Technician

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building systems
• Identify and address mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Respond promptly to repair requests from building occupants
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services

3. Real Estate Management Specialist

• Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties
• Oversee maintenance and repair projects to ensure quality and efficiency
• Communicate with tenants and address their needs in a timely manner
• Monitor property budgets and expenses to maximize profitability

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service. The following qualifications are preferred for each position:

Janitorial Service Technician:

• Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Building Maintenance Technician:

• Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems
• Hands-on experience with building maintenance tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure

Real Estate Management Specialist:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Experience in property management or real estate industry
• Knowledge of leasing agreements and landlord-tenant laws
• Proficiency in property management software and financial analysis
