We are currently seeking experienced Civil Litigation & Trial Law Attorneys to join our dynamic team at Harvey & Associates, PLLC. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation and trial law.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.

Family Law Attorneys
