Your duties will include coordinating with subcontractors, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that construction projects are completed to the highest standards of quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

2. Real Estate Developers

As a Real Estate Developer at Hastings Construction Group, you will be responsible for identifying potential development opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and managing the development process from conception to completion. You will work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of zoning regulations and permitting processes

3. Building Contractors

As a Building Contractor at Hastings Construction Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of buildings, structures, and other construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building construction

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
