Job Title: General Practice Attorney

Job Responsibilities

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as court hearings, trials, and mediation sessions
• Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations
• Draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Manage and prioritize a caseload
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
