About Us:

Hayashi Hibachi is a renowned Japanese restaurant located in the heart of downtown. We pride ourselves on providing our guests with an unforgettable dining experience through our delicious hibachi-style cooking, fresh sushi, and traditional Japanese dishes. Our team is made up of passionate individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Hibachi Chef:

• Previous experience as a hibachi chef is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to prepare and cook hibachi-style dishes in front of guests while providing an entertaining and engaging experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and traditional cooking techniques
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Sushi Chef:

• Proven experience as a sushi chef in a high-volume restaurant
• Ability to prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes with precision and creativity
• Knowledge of different types of fish and seafood, as well as sushi rice and other key ingredients
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and delicious sushi plates
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team

Server:

• Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment is an asset
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to take orders accurately, answer customer questions, and provide recommendations on menu items
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
