HCC Truck Driving – Driving Instructor Position

Our team of experienced instructors is dedicated to helping our students develop the skills and knowledge needed to become safe and successful professional truck drivers.

We are Hiring:

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced driving instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching others and a thorough understanding of the rules and regulations of the road. As a driving instructor at HCC Truck Driving, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and help them achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction for students enrolled in our truck driving programs
• Teach students the necessary skills to operate commercial vehicles safely and effectively
• Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their driving abilities
• Administer written and practical exams to assess students’ learning progress
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in all aspects of instruction

Qualifications:

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with endorsements for the type of vehicles being instructed
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional truck driver
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Patient and encouraging demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent
