We are currently hiring for the following position:

Registered Nurse – Cardiac Care

As a Registered Nurse at Heart Transplant Clinic, you will play a crucial role in the care and treatment of our patients. You will work closely with our team of cardiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing heart transplants and those in need of post-transplant care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring patient vital signs and response to treatment
• Providing education and support to patients and their families
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in cardiac care
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate care to patients
