Job Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of banquets and events held at Hearthstone Country Club
Create event proposals and budgets to meet the needs of our clients
Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and beverage service
Hire, train, and supervise banquet staff to provide exceptional customer service
Act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors before, during, and after events
Ensure that all events run smoothly and that client expectations are exceeded
Qualifications
Previous experience in banquet management or event planning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food and beverage operations
