Job Opportunity: Banquet Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of banquets and events held at Hearthstone Country Club
• Create event proposals and budgets to meet the needs of our clients
• Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and beverage service
• Hire, train, and supervise banquet staff to provide exceptional customer service
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors before, during, and after events
• Ensure that all events run smoothly and that client expectations are exceeded

Qualifications

• Previous experience in banquet management or event planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations
