We are looking for an Accounting Services Specialist to join our team:

As an Accounting Services Specialist at Heavenly Care Carpet, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting and finance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting activities, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements
• Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
