Our Front Desk Receptionists are the first point of contact for patients at Heights Clinic. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls and inquiries. Additional responsibilities include:
– Verifying patient information and insurance coverage
– Collecting co-payments and processing payments
– Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
– Customer service experience in a healthcare setting
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in computer applications
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
