Job Title: Litigation & Tort Attorney

Job Description

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Prepare legal documents and arguments for cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients’ cases.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and options.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation and tort law.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
