Position Details

We are currently looking to expand our team of attorneys and are seeking candidates with experience in insurance law, social security & disability law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas and a passion for helping clients secure the compensation they deserve.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Reviewing and analyzing insurance claims
• Representing clients in social security disability hearings
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients
• Litigating cases in court
• Building and maintaining client relationships

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in Texas
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance law, social security & disability law
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
