Job Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in bankruptcy cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
• Prepare and file legal documents with the court
• Appear in court on behalf of clients and represent their interests effectively
• Advise clients on bankruptcy laws, procedures, and possible outcomes

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bankruptcy law
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
