We are Hiring: Machine Shop Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to perform calculations and determine appropriate machining methods
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a machine shop environment, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of CNC machining and machine programming is a plus
