At Hickory Hollow Restaurant and Catering, we are always looking for talented individuals to join our team. We currently have openings for the following positions:

1. Line Cook

• Prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu.
• Use food preparation tools in accordance with the safety regulations.
• Rework food items to ensure great taste and presentation.

2. Server

• Greet customers and provide them with menu recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into our system in a timely manner.
• Deliver food and drinks to customers and ensure they have everything they need.

3. Dishwasher

• Ensure the availability of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils at all times.
• Wash dishes, pots, and pans using the industrial dishwasher.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
