We are Hiring General Contractors

We are currently seeking experienced and skilled General Contractors to join our team. As a General Contractor at High Rise, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects
• Supervise subcontractors and construction workers
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Manage budget and expenses
• Ensure quality control and safety on site
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Contractor
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Valid contractor’s license
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
