Sushi Chef

• Create delicious and visually appealing sushi dishes using traditional Japanese techniques.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain inventory and uphold cleanliness and sanitation practices.

Server

• Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, guiding them through the menu and answering any questions they may have.
• Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including setting up and breaking down tables.

Kitchen Assistant

• Assist chefs in food preparation, including cutting vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling dishes.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, adhering to food safety guidelines at all times.
• Support the kitchen team in various tasks to ensure smooth operations during service hours.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about Japanese cuisine, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, and able to work effectively in a team environment. The following qualifications are required for each position:

Sushi Chef

• Previous experience as a sushi chef in a professional kitchen.
• Proficiency in traditional Japanese sushi techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.

Server

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Kitchen Assistant

• Basic culinary knowledge and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team setting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
