Job Description

As a Bankruptcy Law Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings, negotiating with creditors, and developing strategies to help clients navigate the complex legal process of bankruptcy. You will also be expected to provide advice and counsel on bankruptcy-related issues and assist clients in resolving financial difficulties.

As an Attorney at Hill Rivkins & Hayden Llp, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of legal matters and collaborate with other attorneys to provide comprehensive legal solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for researching and analyzing legal issues, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings.

As a Labor & Employment Law Attorney, you will focus on representing clients in matters related to employment law, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and more. You will work closely with clients to protect their rights and ensure that they receive fair treatment in the workplace.

Job Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of [insert state]
• 3+ years of experience in [Bankruptcy Law/Attorneys/Labor & Employment Law]
• Strong research and analytical skills
