We are Hiring: Business Coaches & Consultants

We are currently seeking experienced and knowledgeable Business Coaches & Consultants to join our team at Hillcrest Financial, LLC. As a Business Coach & Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of financial matters, including strategic planning, financial analysis, and business development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one coaching and consulting services to clients to help them achieve their financial goals and grow their businesses
• Conduct financial analysis and develop strategic plans to improve clients’ financial performance
• Assist clients in securing alternative loans and financing options to support business growth
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation
• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress towards financial goals and make recommendations for adjustments as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business coaching, consulting, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, strategic planning, and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with clients from diverse industries and backgrounds
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management software
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
