We Are Hiring:

Are you passionate about hospitality and looking to join a dynamic team in the hotel industry? Hilton Garden Inn Houston Medical Center is currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Guest Service Representative:

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out of the hotel
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
• Handle guest complaints and ensure their satisfaction

2. Housekeeping Supervisor:

• Manage a team of housekeeping staff
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and order
• Coordinate with maintenance department for repairs and maintenance
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities

3. Front Desk Manager:

• Oversee front desk operations and staff
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Train new front desk staff on hotel policies and procedures
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues
