Job Description
As a Guest Services Agent at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience to our guests from the moment they arrive at the hotel. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay, from check-in to check-out.
Main responsibilities:
Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met
Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
