Position: Guest Services Representative

The Hilton Houston Plaza/Medical Center is seeking a friendly and professional Guest Services Representative to join our team. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with reservations and booking arrangements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
