Job Title: General Contractor

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and other personnel
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Communicate with clients to address any issues or concerns

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Contractor
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Job Title: Waterproofing Contractor

Responsibilities:

• Install waterproofing systems to prevent water damage
• Identify and repair leaks in basements, roofs, and foundation walls
• Apply sealants and coatings to protect surfaces from moisture
• Evaluate properties to determine the best waterproofing solutions
• Work with clients to recommend maintenance and repair options

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Waterproofing Contractor
• Knowledge of waterproofing materials and techniques
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Strong problem-solving skills
