At Hire Priority Inc, we are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as a Temporary Staffing Coordinator. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, interact with a wide range of clients and candidates, and make a real impact in the world of staffing and recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Manage temporary employee assignments from start to finish
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications
• Match candidates with suitable job opportunities
• Coordinate client interviews and follow-up on feedback
• Provide ongoing support to both clients and candidates throughout the assignment

Requirements

• Prior experience in a staffing or recruiting role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
