Job Description

As a Construction Consultant at HKA Global, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients on construction-related matters. Your role will involve analyzing project data, assessing risks, identifying opportunities for improvement, and offering strategic advice to help clients achieve their project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting site visits and assessments to evaluate construction projects
• Reviewing project plans, specifications, and contracts to identify potential issues
• Preparing reports and recommendations for clients based on your findings
• Providing expert testimony and support in dispute resolution processes
• Developing strategies to mitigate risks and optimize project performance
• Collaborating with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have a strong background in construction, engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as RICS, CIOB, or equivalent
• Experience in project management, quantity surveying, or dispute resolution is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
