Position: Legal Service Plans Attorney

Are you a skilled attorney looking for a fulfilling career opportunity? Hogan & Hogan is currently seeking a Legal Service Plans Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal services to clients who have enrolled in our legal service plans. You will work closely with clients to address their legal needs and offer sound legal advice and representation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients enrolled in legal service plans
• Handle a variety of legal matters, including contract review, landlord-tenant disputes, family law issues, and more
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
• Prepare legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, pleadings, and agreements
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other legal professionals
• Attend court proceedings and represent clients in legal proceedings

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and satisfaction
